about us

Complexity demands experience

We love what we do. And we love our clients.

When Lynn started her real estate career at the start of the 2008 recession, she knew she would have to be entrepreneurial and different to survive. Ten years later she is consistently recognized as a top producer on the Peninsula and a leader in the real estate community as a member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors Board of Directors and the chair of the Palo Alto District Council.  Lynn and Anne pride themselves on their sincere commitment and level of service to each and every client. Their personal approach to marketing and skill in negotiating make the difference for their clients to get the best possible price with the most supported experience possible.

kind words

Our clients are saying...

Your level of service was extraordinary! It is with our deepest gratitude that we would like to thank you for helping us sell our house. It still amazes us the amount of effort you put into doing so. You took care of every last detail and went so above and beyond our expectations it’s still hard to believe.

As a businesswoman you are savvy and tenacious yet warm and caring during it all! We could not be more pleased ...

The J’s

I can't tell you how many people to whom I have raved about Lynn's good advice and service in getting my Mom's house ready for market. Mom had lived in her home for almost 50 years, and had not done a lot to keep it and the yard updated.

Lynn has a wonderful team of professionals who cleaned everything out, painted, carpeted, repaired, cleaned up the yard, and then staged it beautifully for market...How nice is that!

Because of Lynn, it took a large part of the stress off me so I could focus on the other responsibilities of my job as trustee.

Jennifer Davis

The Wilson Roberts team fueled the sale of our Palo Alto property with creativity and expertise. They readied our home with their team of fabulous vendors, presenting a beautiful final product that sold for top dollar. Not only are Lynn and Anne professional and knowledgable, they are generous, joyful and available. We couldn't have had a better experience and would recommend them highly!

Karen and Brooks

Lynn has been our friend for over 20 years and agent for about 8 years. We have recommended Lynn as an agent/friend to our other friends and acquaintances over the whole period, and we will continue to do so going forward. I believe Lynn is one of the best agents in the area. Our most recent transactions were done with Lynn as our agent and both transactions were done professionally and are worth of high commendations

G. C. & M. O.

After both my parents the original trustees passed away within a year of each other fairly recently, I became the executor-trustee. Living here in Honolulu, Hawaii, it was imperative to find and retain a “local” realtor I could depend upon completely to competently, efficiently and honestly handle most everything necessary for a successful older home sale there across the Pacific.

Lynn was just the right person for the job; with the contractors, workers, and/or others she manages expertly, and the economically sound purchases of various items needed, she turned a somewhat rundown, largely neglected and unkept older home last occupied by my older parents, into a very appealing mostly contemporary appearing home. She did extensive remodeling, replacement, repair, landscaping, while cleverly transforming dated features not easily changed into quirky modern ones.

If I were fortunate enough to have another home to sell there, I would not hesitate a moment to retain Lynn as my realtor.

Having known Lynn for over twenty years, I can honestly say that there’s no one I would trust more to help anyone in my make sound decisions regarding buying or selling a home. I respect Lynn for her integrity, business acumen, personal warmth, and keen understanding of people. I have watched her raise a family, volunteer in the community, and manage a family business. She has succeeded at all of these endeavors because she works hard, collaborates with others, learns quickly, and dedicates herself to high standards. Her helpful nature and sense of humor keep the process of being involved her on a business or personal level FUN!! As a retired teacher, if I could give her a report card, I’d give her an A+ in both her personal interactions and her professional skills

1020 Sharon Park Drive

Menlo Park, CA 94025

Sharon Park was a beautiful home located in a desirable neighborhood in Menlo Park, with views to the community’s beloved duck pond. Situated as it was, on a large lot backing up to an open space preserve, Sharon Park had a very private, peaceful feeling. The home had a desirable, open floor plan with lots of light flooding in the large windows. However, the homeowners had not invested in updates since they built the home in the 1970s. Within a matter of a few weeks, we transformed Sharon Park to a current, bright and immediately livable home and in so doing were able to meet the sellers’ price expectations.

182 Pine Lane

Los Altos, CA 94022

Nestled on a secluded, secure flag lot in desirable Los Altos, Pine Lane was already a lovely home. With a few key improvements, including new kitchen countertops, complete bathroom remodels, painting throughout and top-of-the-line staging, Lynn was able to sell Pine Lane for $600,000 more than originally estimated. The home received eight offers and sold for 4% over asking in less than two weeks.

1329 Cordilleras Ave

When deciding to sell their home, our clients consulted a highly respected neighborhood expert who told them they would be able to sell their home for $1,600,000. And then they called us. They had just gotten into contract on their new home and needed to sell very quickly. With some strategic upgrades inside and out, staging and excellent marketing, our clients sold their home with eight offers in a little over a week for 25%+ over the area’s average sales price per square foot.

2 Yerba Buena Ave

Los Altos, CA 94022

2 Yerba Buena had much to recommend it. Including a large lot that featured a pool, sport court and outdoor space, proximity to downtown Los Altos and a wonderfully livable layout. A few well placed updates elevated the home from functional family home to sophisticated refuge.
