WE PRICE STRATEGICALLY TO GET YOU THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE PRICE

It is hard, though not impossible, to negotiate a price up if there is just one offer. Our pricing strategy encourages multiple offers.

Though we can brag if we receive an offer 25-50% over the list price, we believe it is fairer to buyers to price in the likely sale ballpark, and then let the market push it up because of our enticing improvements.
