Sharon Park was a beautiful home located in a desirable neighborhood in Menlo Park, with views to the community’s beloved duck pond. Situated as it was, on a large lot backing up to an open space preserve, Sharon Park had a very private, peaceful feeling. The home had a desirable, open floor plan with lots of light flooding in the large windows. However, the homeowners had not invested in updates since they built the home in the 1970s. Within a matter of a few weeks, we transformed Sharon Park to a current, bright and immediately livable home and in so doing were able to meet the sellers’ price expectations.
