Fun Facts About Annie
- Athlete Turned Dancer: A former competitive soccer player and lacrosse enthusiast until a dramatic knee injury in a co-ed tournament ended her playing days. Today, she channels that energy into dance—taking weekly Rhythm & Motion classes at ODC and joining their flash mobs and parades whenever possible.
- Creative at Heart: Loves art museums and never says no to an exhibit. Her own creative outlets include ceramics (especially wheel throwing) and acrylic painting.
- A Natural Host: Passionate about cooking and entertaining—so much so that she created a cookbook of favorite recipes in 2025.
- Ocean Enthusiast: Always up for adventure on the water—she’s scuba certified, loves kayaking, enjoys snorkeling in warm seas, and (by her own admission) is a very sorry surfer.
- Bilingual & Globally Minded: Earned her BA in Politics with a minor in Spanish from Whitman College. She studied abroad in Buenos Aires, where she honed her Spanish by joining an ultimate frisbee team and forming lifelong friendships. Today, she loves speaking Spanish with friends and contractors alike.
