Awards & Honors
Shortly after Lynn joined Pacific Union International in 2018, an entrepreneurial and growing brokerage, it was acquired by Compass. Compass has the top market share in the Bay Area and continues to grow due to its excellent technology backbone and superior marketing and branding. At her former brokerage, Alain Pinel, Lynn was honored on the Alain Pinel President’s Roundtable, which honors agents in the top 5% of all Alain Pinel Realtors. She also qualifies as a member of the Top Agent Network for being in the top 10% of all agents in both Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties. Throughout her career, she has worked for and received numerous professional designations, including Certification in Negotiation at Stanford University’s Center for Professional Development, Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS); Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES); Certified Distressed Property Specialist (COPE); ePro (advanced computer training); Relocation Specialist; GREEN; Quality Service Certified (QSC), Associated Staging Professional (ASP) Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Silicon Valley Real Estate Association, San Francisco Real Estate Association, and Los Altos and Palo Alto Chambers of Commerce. In 2018 she was honored to join – and continues to serve – the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors Board of Directors as Chair of the Palo Alto District Real Estate Council. In 2019 Lynn joined the board of directors for local non-profit, Music for Minors. Lynn is also on the Board Emeritus of TheatreWorks.
With deep roots in the community, Lynn has lived in her Los Altos home for over 25 years, where she raised her children and cared for her elderly parents next door. She graduated from Los Altos High School, went on to graduate from UC Berkeley (BA-English), and received her MSW in Administration from University of Washington. All of her children attended Los Altos public elementary schools along with Castilleja School in Palo Alto and Menlo School in Atherton. Her children have since graduated from Brown University, Whitman College and Davidson College.

Anne Wilson Roberts
Anne joined Lynn’s team in 2016 after a successful career in tech and marketing. Anne is an invaluable teammate, available to step in whenever necessary, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. As a buyer’s agent, she proactively reaches out to active colleagues in a targeted area to make sure the Wilson Roberts group stays abreast of upcoming and off-market homes. With her boundless energy, she scours sources for new listings, a requirement to represent buyers well in this low inventory time.
Anne also guides the extensive transformations necessary for today’s sellers to receive top dollar on their homes. As project manager she selects products that resonate with buyers, oversees contractors and manages budgets. Because of this valuable construction experience, she is adept at guiding new buyers to imagine a home’s potential and can accurately predict costs for renovations. She is artistic and creative, as well as hardworking and tenacious.
Modern Data-Driven Approach
Anne brings a modern, metrics driven, tech-savvy, hard working approach to marketing at the Wilson Roberts Group. She loves to push herself and her team to constantly improve and relishes every opportunity to get her hands dirty with the nitty gritty, which she finds helps her to achieve the bigger picture.
Before becoming a real estate agent, Anne worked for years as a Product Manager and later Chief of Staff in digital video advertising technology startups designing and implementing tools for results oriented marketers. Anne led her teams with relentless energy and positivity to carefully execute the road map that built, from the ground up, what is today a thriving business.
Anne obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Whitman College in Politics with a minor in Spanish. She lived and studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina and has volunteered as a Spanish translator at Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto. Anne spends her free time as actively as possible – playing soccer, working out and learning how to golf and surf.
