Within a month Lynn and Anne transformed this charming rancher, set on magnolia tree lined street and located a few blocks to Apple’s spaceship campus. To prepare the home for its next owners, Lynn, Anne and licensed contractors guided the work including updating the electrical, renovating the kitchen and two bathrooms, replacing the old furnace, updating the wood flooring, painting interior and exterior and landscaping the front and back yards.
