We first met Lynn when Kurt (who is deeply analytical) surveyed all our regional agents to find the best person to sell our house in Redwood City. Kurt visited more than 25 open houses to find the agent who was able to elevate an ordinary house to extraordinary, and who seemed to take a very personal interesting topping out the sale price (on both a personal and financial basis). Lynn rose to the top. That was six years ago. We sold our house to Lynn, and got 5% above asking price in a down market (2010) after she was through with it.

Fast forward to 2016. We live in a beautiful home in the heart of one of the premier neighborhoods in Los Altos. Lynn helped us purchase the house at 10% under asking in 2010. We made some well-placed investments, and six years later it has increased in value by 70-80%, thanks to the appreciation of the market. (We can’t credit Lynn for that, of course!) When we decided to move our family out of state earlier this year, our first thought was, “Hooray, we get to work with Lynn again!” We have not been disappointed.
In her usual high-energy fashion, Lynn quickly determined what upgrades would bring us the best ROI on our home sale, and worked tirelessly with her hand-picked team of contractors and designers to get the work done with minimal impact to our family. She consulted with us regularly, but handled the nitty-gritty details that would have given us headaches and heartburn. We always had the final say in the decision, but Lynn’s judgment is so incredibly spot-on when it comes to preparing and marketing a property for sale that we trust her completely.

When the work was complete on our house, Lynn ensured that the marketing push would be comprehensive. She even had flyers printed in Mandarin to appeal to buyers from China! Photos and video were top notch; the online listing was compelling; and open houses were managed with meticulous attention to detail. In the end, we received multiple offers over our asking price, and Lynn skillfully negotiated with competing parties to secure a final offer significantly over asking.

If you’re thinking that this sounds too good to be sure, and asking yourself why any realtor would do so much more than is typical, it’s because Lynn loves her work – you can just tell. She is very competitive, but in the most positive way possible. She loves the challenge of getting the best outcome for her clients, and she is tireless in her pursuit of that outcome. At the same time though, her goal is not just a great price on your home; it’s a happy client. So, while she’s taking excellent care of your home sale, she is also taking amazingly good care of YOU. We started calling her “Mom” about 2/3 of the way though our most recent home preparation because Lynn was not just making sure that the work got done in our home, but she was checking in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything, and that we were holding up ok under the natural stress of a big move. She is intelligent, savvy, hardworking, collaborative, and incredibly kind. You truly will not find a better realtor anywhere.

Lynn is a force of nature. You don’t direct her; you unleash her. And when you do, great things happen!
