I cannot thank you enough for all you did to make the sale of the Marich house possible! As the trustee I needed to concentrate on things like house contents, financial accounts, bills, insurance policies, and heirs. When you stepped in and took on all the responsibilities for revitalizing the house, I was able to focus on all the other pieces of trust management. I appreciated your tireless “boots on the ground” hard work, as well as your clear communication regarding all the ensuing plans, decisions, and costs necessary. I wanted to take part in the real estate process without being the “go to” project manager, and you made that happen. The results were a lovely house, and a smooth sale, for a good price. Doesn’t get much better than that, does it?!
